DIRECTING
• Directing the world premiere of Larissa FastHorse's FANCY DANCER at Seattle Repertory Theatre in September 2025.
• Directing a workshop of my play PORCELAIN at the Young Vic, with Theatre Group Asia, in London in November 2025.
• Directing the world premiere of Alex Lin's CHINESE REPUBLICANS at Roundabout Theatre in New York in January 2026.
• Directing the world premiere of OUT HERE, a new musical by Erin McKeown, Leslie Buxbaum, and David Levin, at the Court Theatre in Chicago in March 2026.
• Workshop of Luis Alfaro's THE LABOURS, a new adaptation of Euripides' "Herakles" with the Getty and Theatre at Boston Court in Los Angeles in May 2026.
• Workshop of Thao Nguyen and Lloyd Suh's new musical, PAPER MENAGERIE, at New York Stage and Film in July 2026.
• Workshop of Jeffrey Chen's new musical, A LIFE WORTH LIVING, at Newport New Works in Newport, RI in August 2026.
• Directing Larissa FastHorse's FANCY DANCER at History Theatre in St. Paul in September 2026.
• Directing ANG TAHANAN NI BERNARDA ALBA - my adaptation of Lorca's THE HOUSE OF BERNARDA ALBA and translated into Tagalog by Guelan Varela-Luarca - at Theatre Group Asia in Manila in January 2027.
PLAYWRITING
• Workshop of my musical LONG SEASON (music by Fabian Obispo) with The Bridge at Maybank Theatre in Manila in September 2026. Victor Lirio directing.
• Writing a new play, ONCE WE WERE BEAUTIFUL, commissioned by Wild Rice in Singapore.
• In rewrites for DOLLHOUSE, my new adaptation of the Ibsen classic.
• In rewrites for THE HOUSE OF BALUYOT: A FILIPINO ORESTEIA, a new adaptation of Aeschylus' "Oresteia," an epic saga of power, displacement, and crime in an immigrant Filipino family in California. This play is co-written with Guelan Varela-Luarca.
